North Oaks celebrated its 20th anniversary in January! Celebrations took place during the week of January 24 and included a gala dinner and an anniversary commemoration. The commemoration included presentations by Mark Pressman, North Oaks Executive Director; Edith Sherr, President of the North Oaks Resident Association; Joanne Williams, Director of the Baltimore County Department of Aging; Vicki Almond, Baltimore County Council Representative (District 2); and Kevin Kamenetz, Baltimore County Executive; and the presentation of an official Executive Citation from Baltimore County.
